Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones (born September 3 1976) is an American actor from the United States. Her most well-known roles include portraying Megan Dennison, on The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester, on The Bold and the Beautiful. She appeared as Daphne as a character who appeared in recurring roles in season two of HBO's hit drama True Blood. Ashley Jones graduated in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in Human Learning K-8 from the University of Tennessee at Martin. When she arrived in Maury County, she began instructing Kindergarten and First Grade Reading. She married Brent Jones, her UT Martin affectionate husband, and relocated from Thompsons Station in 1998. Then she began her teaching career at Bethesda Elementary, where she taught fourth grade. In 1999-2000, she taught while earning her Masters in education from Trevecca Nazarene University. She stepped out of the classroom in 2000 when they welcomed their son Baylor. Ashley was a 15-year volunteer for her church, community and kids. Ashley is the long-time director for the Preschool Ministry and also the Student Ministry of Thompson Station Church. As Ashley was home with her children they spent three years homeschooling. As they homeschooled, the children attended a tutorial in which Ashley taught History in Kindergarten and First Grade. Although she loved homeschooling, as well as spending time with her kids God evidently showed her family that it was time to return full-time school. Brent and Ashley have 5 children each.
